The distinction is no longer accurate, if it ever was, Storage agents give the same missions as any other courier agent.

The Kazkas with Jakon do hang around in Otitoh, they are next to one of the moons around planet VII. Keep in mind Jakon is not always there but if you see a group of Kazkas and a Kazka Loot Container that's the place.

I'm pretty sure the blood thing is in a building. Destroy the building and fetch it from the wreckage or it may still pop out in a can as a couple of other cosmos missions have for me.

Don't worry, you will still get the offers for the faction cruiser and battleship. There are a few cosmos agents, one for each empire I think, that have a repeatable mission. They are useless unless you need a boost to the standing of that agent'...

The problem with that is, in Amarr cosmos at least, when hacking or analyzing you are under constant attack by a respawning group including battleships. So some good tanking is required.

You will get to visit him as part of another mission sequence. Start with the lvl 2 agent in Munory, Hetras Dakumon, or the pair of lvl 2 agents in Aphi, Chari Shakai and Stem Robikar.

19. Storyline Agent Selection Screwy?? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
The selection is further complicated by the fact that storyline agents have levels. It seems we're being sent to a randomly picked agent of the appropriate level and there may not be many of those so we often get sent many jumps away.
